1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website located at trustlifelab.bz (the “Site”), operated by TrustLife Clinical Laboratory (“TrustLife,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Description of the Site

The Site provides general information about TrustLife’s laboratory testing services, including a directory of available tests, health screening packages, a tool to help match a doctor’s referral to relevant tests, and a means to request a home sample collection visit or to contact our team. The Site is informational in nature; it does not itself perform diagnosis, deliver laboratory results, or replace direct communication with our laboratory staff or your physician.

3. No Doctor-Patient Relationship

Use of the Site, including the doctor’s-referral matching tool, does not create a doctor-patient or laboratory-patient relationship. Any testing, sample collection, or results are provided only through direct engagement with TrustLife’s laboratory services, not through the Site itself.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of the Site by, any third party. You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems, submitting false or misleading information, or using the Site in a way that could damage, disable, or impair it.

5. Accuracy of Information; No Warranty

We make reasonable efforts to keep the information on the Site accurate and current, including test descriptions, preparation instructions, and package details. However, the Site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, and we do not guarantee that all information is complete, current, or error-free. 6. Home Visit Requests and WhatsApp Communications

Requests for home sample collection and doctor’s-referral submissions made through WhatsApp are handled through a separate communication channel outside the Site itself, and are also subject to WhatsApp’s own terms of service and privacy practices. TrustLife is not responsible for the availability, security, or performance of WhatsApp as a platform.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and design elements, is the property of TrustLife Clinical Laboratory or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content without our prior written consent.

8. Third-Party Links and Services

The Site may reference or link to third-party platforms, including WhatsApp and Google Analytics. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TrustLife shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be excluded under Belizean law.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold TrustLife harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Belize, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Belize.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The “Effective Date” above reflects the date of the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
